Mixed Berry Milkshake

Transform your mixology skills with Andros Professional Mixed Berries Fruits & Chunks blended with soft-serve ice cream. Garnish with simple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, and a luscious Fabri cherry.

Ingredients

5oz. Andros Professional Mixed Berries Fruits & Chunks
8 oz. Soft serve ice cream

GARNISH

1oz. Simple syrup
Whipped cream
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Powdered sugar
Amarena Fabri cherry

Instructions

Place 1.5 oz of Andros Professional Mixed Berries Fruits & Chunks on the bottom of the milkshake glass.
Arrange a few thin sliced strawberries dipped in simple syrup (artfully) around the inside of the glass for garnish.
Add soft serve to spindle cup (milk shake blender)
Add in remaining Andros Professional Mixed Berries Fruits & Chunks.
Spindle (blend) well together and pour into the milkshake glass.
Garnish with whipped cream rosette, a variety of powdered sugar-coated fresh berries, and one Fabri cherry.
