Pineapple Yuzu Tea

Delight your guests with a blend of Andros Professional Pineapple Yuzu Fruits & Chunks, oolong tea, simple syrup, and egg whites over ice. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a sprig of mint for a refreshing and fruity tea creation.

Ingredients

2oz. ANDROS Professional Pineapple Yuzu Fruits & Chunks
4oz. Oolong tea
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
15ml Egg whites
Ice cubes
Fresh pineapple slice
Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

In a classic cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients (except ice cubes) well to create a nice foam.
Pour mixture over ice cubes in a highball glass.
Garnish with fresh-cut pineapple, mint, and a stainless steel straw.
