Pineapple Yuzu Tea

Delight your guests with a blend of Andros Professional Pineapple Yuzu Fruits & Chunks, oolong tea, simple syrup, and egg whites over ice. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a sprig of mint for a refreshing and fruity tea creation.

Ingredients

  • 2oz. ANDROS Professional Pineapple Yuzu Fruits & Chunks
  • 4oz. Oolong tea
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • 15ml Egg whites
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slice
  • Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

  1. In a classic cocktail shaker, shake all ingredients (except ice cubes) well to create a nice foam.
  2. Pour mixture over ice cubes in a highball glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh-cut pineapple, mint, and a stainless steel straw.
