We are a family business originating in France’s southwest region, representing generations of fruit expertise. Our mission is to provide foodservice professionals with the highest quality, freshest fruit solutions.

We currently offer chefs and pastry chefs bake-stable Fruit Fillings and Fruit Spreads, and are soon to launch Fruits & Chunks, an innovative product line for mixologists and baristas.

Our portfolio of products is manufactured locally in the US at a new 155,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Mount Jackson, VA.

The closer to the source, the better. Andros is engaged in a unique program worldwide to install our processing facilities in the heart of the best fruit-producing areas, which allows us to receive the fruits at peak ripeness and potential.
