Peach Delight

A beautifully layered beverage featuring the natural sweetness of ANDROS Professional Peach Fruits & Chunks and the delicate stone fruit notes of ANDROS Chef Apricot Purée. Balanced by floral hibiscus tea, this refreshing drink delivers both visual appeal and vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

2 oz ANDROS Professional Peach Fruits & Chunks
1 oz ANDROS Chef Apricot Purée
1 oz Water
1 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Hibiscus Tea
Ice Cubes

Garnish

Fresh Peach Slices
Fresh Thyme

Instructions

Fill a serving glass with ice and pour in the hibiscus tea.
In a blender, combine the ANDROS Peach Fruits & Chunks, Apricot Puree, water, simple syrup, and ice.
Blend until smooth.
Carefully pour the blended mixture over the hibiscus tea to create a layered presentation.
Garnish with fresh peach slices and thyme.
