Peach Delight

A beautifully layered beverage featuring the natural sweetness of ANDROS Professional Peach Fruits & Chunks and the delicate stone fruit notes of ANDROS Chef Apricot Purée. Balanced by floral hibiscus tea, this refreshing drink delivers both visual appeal and vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz ANDROS Professional Peach Fruits & Chunks
  • 1 oz ANDROS Chef Apricot Purée
  • 1 oz Water
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Hibiscus Tea
  • Ice Cubes
Garnish
  • Fresh Peach Slices
  • Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  1. Fill a serving glass with ice and pour in the hibiscus tea.
  2. In a blender, combine the ANDROS Peach Fruits & Chunks, Apricot Puree, water, simple syrup, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the blended mixture over the hibiscus tea to create a layered presentation.
  5. Garnish with fresh peach slices and thyme.
