1.5 oz ANDROS Professional Mango & Passion Fruit Fruits & Chunks
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer
Ice Cubes

Salted Maple Foam

1.5 oz Maple Syrup
4 oz Whipping Cream
1 oz Half-and-Half
2 g Salt

Instructions

Salted Maple Foam

Combine maple syrup, whipping cream, half-and-half, and salt.
Whisk or froth until light and airy.

Mule Base

Fill the serving glass with ice.
