Pink Sun Fizz

A refreshing and appealing pink cocktail made with ANDROS Professional Pink Guava Fruits & Chunks, rum, and elderflower, topped with sparkling coconut juice for a tropical sparkle!

Ingredients

1.5oz ANDROS Professional Fruits & Chunks Pink Guava
2oz Rum
0.5oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.5oz Lemon Juice
1oz Sparkling Coconut Juice
1 Cup Ice cubes

Sparkling Coconut Juice

10oz Coconut juice
1 CO₂ cartridge

Instructions

Prepare the sparkling coconut juice: charge the coconut juice with CO₂ in a siphon.
Stir Andros Professional Pink Guava Fruits & Chunks, rum, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and ice cubes until well mixed.
Top with sparkling coconut juice.
Garnish with a lemon slice, flower, and green leaf.
