Tangerine Frozen Yogurt with Mixed Berry Swirl

  • 907 g (2 lb) Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 236 ml (8 fl oz) ANDROS Chef Tangerine Purée
  • 226 g (8 oz) ANDROS Professional Mixed Berry Fruit & Chunks

  1. Reduce the tangerine purée to 59 ml (2 fl oz), then chill over ice.
  2. Fold the cooled reduction into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to an ice cream machine and churn according to manufacturer instructions (approximately 13 minutes).
  4. Swirl in the ANDROS Mixed Berry Fruit & Chunks.
  5. Freeze until firm before serving.
