A dreamy fusion of ANDROS Mango & Passionfruit Fruits & Chunks, smooth black milk tea, and a touch of sweetness, blended to perfection. Topped with luscious coconut foam and a hint of macchiato, it’s a rich, tropical escape in every sip!

Ingredients

2oz ANDROS Professional Mango & Passionfruit Fruits & Chunks
3oz Flat Water
1oz Simple Syrup
1 Cup Ice cubes

Coconut Foam

3oz Heavy cream
1.5oz Coconut cream

Black Milk Tea

2.5oz Black Tea
2.7oz Milk
1.06oz Sugar

Macchiato Foam

3.5oz Heavy cream
.07oz Salt

Instructions

Prepare Black Milk Tea: combine ingredients and mix well.
Prepare Macchiato Foam: whip ingredients until smooth and soft peaks form.
Blend Andros Professional Mango & Passionfruit Fruits & Chunks, ice cubes, and all remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour blended ingredients into glassware of your choice.
Top with a dollop of coconut foam and a sprig of mint.
